At the heart of Dubai Festival City's retail resort is Festival Marina – a 250-meter diameter basin forming a Mediterranean style luxury yachting hub surrounded by fine dining, shopping and five-star accommodation. Operated by Mourjan Marinas IGY, Festival Marina offers 78 berths for motor yachts from 10 to 35 meters in length plus 24 quayside berths.

Festival Marina is located approximately five nautical miles from the sea within the historical and fascinating Dubai Creek. In keeping with its international appeal, Festival Marina offers quayside mooring, as found in the picturesque waterside towns of Europe such as Cannes and Nice. This feature allows visiting yachts to moor directly at the quayside so passengers can go ashore and enjoy a day at Dubai Festival City. The retail resort is home to over 400 shops and 60 restaurants and cafés, a 12-screen Grand Cinemas complex and Bowling City. The waterfront promenade links Festival Marina to the world renowned InterContinental and Crowne Plaza Hotels and the Events Centre, whilst the Al Badia 18-hole golf club is also close by.
